A clean V-neck in 165 GSM Aerolite, cut to Indian patterns. Five pockets engineered for stethoscope, BP cuff, pens, phone, ID. Antimicrobial-finished, 22 percent lighter than standard, tested across three Hyderabad hospitals for sixty days.

- 165 GSM Aerolite — 47% modal, 45% polyester, 8% elastane. Four-way stretch.

- Resil N9 silver-ion antimicrobial. Tested against five common pathogens. Effective through fifty wash cycles.

- 22 percent lighter than the standard 215 GSM TRS twill scrub top.

- Five — one chest, two front patch, two cargo. Stethoscope loop on left chest. Reinforced bartack at all stress points.

- Machine wash cold, like with like. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not dry-clean.

The V-Neck Top is the result of fourteen rounds of pattern revision, conducted with thirty-two doctors across cardiology, surgery, and emergency medicine in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Indian male average shoulder is narrower than the Western draft most premium scrubs are graded from; we cut from a fresh block. Women’s patterns are women’s, not men’s scaled smaller.
Pocket placement was set against the working day of the consulting specialist. Stethoscope loop on the left chest, BP cuff and pens in the front patches, phone and ID in the cargos, where the body does not register their weight when standing for hours. The hem sits below the lab-coat pocket line, so there is no rid-up when reaching across a patient.
Antibacterial efficacy, tested against S. aureus, E. coli, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, MRSA. Pass on all five.

I have spent six years buying FIGS on trips abroad and resigning to the local-tailor scrub at home. The V-Neck sits at the shoulder where it should, ends where it should, and the front patches hold a phone without dragging. The fabric does not register, which is the only thing I want from a workwear textile.
Four-hour Whipple, came out wet through the OT scrub. Forty minutes later this was dry to the hand. Not marketing — observed. Will buy again in graphite.
The 90-day exchange is real and frictionless. Original M was too generous through the body for my frame; the small fits as it should. Thread on the embroidery has held through twenty washes so far without lifting.
